emily + branden’s pavilion wedding
This couple had the best of both worlds, refinement and FUN. (Seriously, there was a panda appearance). Come see how it’s possible to balance having a picturesque wedding with playful personal touches.
We were so excited to work with Emily and Branden from the moment we met them! Their positive energy and big smiles were contagious and set the tone for the fun and flawless wedding ahead. Emily and Branden had a few things planned when they booked us for full service and we hit the ground running, booking the rest of their vendors after our first meeting. They knew they wanted the highly sought-after Rothschild Pavilion for their ceremony and reception as well as Inspired by Nature to create the lush florals of their dreams. Their florist worked with local wholesaler, Krueger Floral, where Branden’s father has worked for many years. They knew exactly what they wanted and their exceptional work is featured throughout this wedding.
To make the day smooth and effortless, Emily and her bridesmaids got ready in the loft of the Pavilion with hair and makeup on-site. Branden and the groomsmen got ready at his parents home, in town. These two have the best sense of humor; Emily surprised Branden for their first look wearing a panda onesie...an inside joke between the two. Their dog, Harper, was there throughout the day, even serving as the ring bearer during the ceremony. After the ceremony, the couple was whisked away with their wedding party by their phenomenal photographers, The McCartney’s. Meanwhile, we worked with the ushers to flip the room from the ceremony to then host their reception. Guests enjoyed drinks at the bar that featured signature ‘His and Hers’ cocktails before being seated for dinner. We could feel the love Emily and Branden share with their friends and family throughout the evening, but especially during speeches and the couple’s creative spin on glass-clinking: they created a Kissing Menu for each table that had more personal options on how to get the newlyweds to smooch, such as singing a love song as a table. The couple and their wedding party added personal flair to their grand entrance as well, wearing rival Packers and Viking’s jerseys as they busted through a banner to get the party started. (Go Pack Go!) The personal touches didn’t stop there - Emily and Branden each recorded a voiceover during their father-daughter and mother-son dances that expressed their love and gratitude to their parents and family.
This group really knew how to have a good time and this was never more clear than when the music started and everyone got on the dance floor! High Volume Entertainment kept the party going all night, ending with an epic group dance to Piano Man.
