Tipping your vendors is often a last-minute thought, usually one that occurs during the throws of the wedding week itself. Whether you’re here long before that or it’s the day of, no worries, we got your bases covered.

One thing to keep in mind is that while optional, tipping is expected for most wedding vendors. Much like all service people, tips are very important and almost essential to their business model. It’s easy to overlook this as when you’re planning a wedding it can be so overwhelming to consider all the costs! But with a little guidance, you can include all tipping costs into your budget ahead of time, so you’re not left feeling blindsided.

Speaking of tips, we have a great one—hand off the tipping responsibility to your wedding planner, parents, or trusted helper. Simply calculate all tip amounts ahead of time, put them in envelopes, and pass them off! That way you everything is taken care of and you get to enjoy your big day!
