Incorporating a love of cattle into a glamorous tented wedding? Yeah. We did that.

Upon first meeting Calli and her mom we immediately felt a connection with them and were so excited to continue planning her and Kale’s wedding! They had a very unique vision in mind when it came to their special day, that incorporated their love of cattle and glam— it was a challenge that we were happy to accept! Calli and Kale wanted to have a tented wedding at Sentry World in Steven’s Point which had never been done before but it could not have been a more perfect setting for these two love birds! The staff at Sentry were phenomenal and so accommodating to a situation that was brand new for them, and the tent supplied by Event Essentials was absolutely stunning!

The ceremony was held under a beautiful pergola that we adorned with flowers and was led to by an expansive walkway. We lined the walkway with tall floral stands that would later be used in the reception space. Beautiful dual-purpose statement pieces for the win!

Immediately following the ceremony Legacy Livestock Imaging whisked the bridal party away to capture some truly magnificent shots around the grounds! When they returned, guests were able to enter the reception space and were encouraged to sign the couple’s huge, very non-traditional cowhide guestbook!

Early on Calli asked if it was possible to have a hanging floral chandelier in the tent and although it was our first one we fell in love with the process and the overall look of the completed project! They asked that it be centered in the tent over the dancefloor that was supplied by Marquee Event Rentals, and it was the absolute perfect placement!

Dinner was an appetizer extravaganza complete with meat supplied by Calli’s family-owned meat market and a ketchup fountain!! Dessert consisted of an exquisite cake and a gelato cart supplied by Fun Factory Sweet Shoppe. The unbelievable attention to detail and desire to stand out from other traditional weddings is only part of what we loved about working with Calli and Kale, the main being they are just two of the sweetest people and an absolute joy to work with!
